the difference

Same category. Opposite instincts.

The whole industry runs on the same handful of mechanics. Every one of them can quietly make you feel worse. So we took them out.

every other app

Punishes a missed day with a broken streak.

sundays

A quiet week is part of the pattern — there's no streak to break.

every other app

Grades every meal red or green.

sundays

It notices you ate. It doesn't count calories at you.

every other app

Buzzes all day to make you close your rings.

sundays

One gentle check-in. Sunday. That's the only notification.

every other app

Measures you against a goal, an ideal, a stranger.

sundays

Compares you to one person only: your own last week.

the core idea

Presence, not streaks.

A streak punishes the day you missed. Presence just counts the days you showed up — so a hard week costs you nothing but a hard week. Tap the days below. Notice it never scolds you.

Take a day away. Watch what happens: the number moves, and that's all. Nothing breaks, nothing turns red, nothing calls it a failure. Showing up four days is four days of showing up.

This is the whole scoring system. There is no other scoring system.

what it does — and won't do

It watches quietly. It refuses loudly.

Everything flows in from the health data your phone already keeps. No daily logging, no forms, no homework. And some things it simply won't do — on purpose.

watches, in the background

So you never have to

  • Presence — how many days you moved, framed only against your own last week.
  • Movement — rough volume and type as a trend, never a grade.
  • Sleep, energy, mood — the "how did the week feel" layer. Human, not clinical.
  • One gentle intention — if you set one, we revisit it kindly. Never as a deadline.
won't do, ever

The shame lives here

  • No calorie counting. It's nearly inseparable from the guilt. So it's gone.
  • No daily weigh-in.Daily weight is mostly noise. If shown at all, it's a soft multi-week trend — never a "you gained X" moment.
  • No all-day notifications.Nothing pings you to perform. The week is yours.
  • No comparison to anyone else. Not an ideal, not an average, not a friend. Just you, last week.
who it's for

Made for people whose lives don't fit the algorithm.

You quit the last one.

You tried the big-name tracker, felt nagged and a little judged, and deleted it. You don't hate paying attention to yourself — you hate being scolded for it.

Your week isn't a spreadsheet.

Shift work, a new baby, a life that refuses to be regular. The rigid apps punish you for the exact things that make you human. This one just meets you on Sunday.
